Peanut Butter Coconut Snack Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1c old fashioned oats
  • 1c unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2c all natural peanut butter
  • 1/3c honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  • Refrigerate the mix for about 30 minutes so it hardens and then shape them into little golf ball sized balls. 
  • Store them in a closed container in the fridge.
