- 1c old fashioned oats
- 1c unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2c all natural peanut butter
- 1/3c honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate the mix for about 30 minutes so it hardens and then shape them into little golf ball sized balls.
- Store them in a closed container in the fridge.
