- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
 - ¼ cup finely chopped shallot
 - 6 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
 - 4 tsp Dijon mustard
 - ½ tsp Himalayan sea salt
 - ¼ tsp black pepper
 - 6 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
 
Instructions:
- Combine lime juice, shallot, basil, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl; whisk to blend.
 - Slowly add oil, whisking continuously, until blended.
