- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp hot pepper flakes
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Mix the ingredients in a ziplock bag and add whatever protein or veggies you are marinading. Let sit for at least 2 hours (but I usually let mine go all day).
