- 1 medium avocado, cut into chunks
 - 1.5 Cups nonfat plain yogurt
 - ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro (or mint)
 - 3 TBSP fresh lime juice (or red wine vinegar)
 - ¼ tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
 - 1 dash of white pepper (can use black as well)
 - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
 
Instructions:
- Place avocado, yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper in blender or food processor; cover. Blend until smooth.
 - Slowly add oil, blending continuously, until well mixed.
