Ingredients:
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 2 red, yellow, or orange bell peppers, diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally until browned.
2. Add the bell peppers, onions, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked and the veggies have softened.
